Chemical sample 109

The vessel-surface treatment of this sample is glossy and brown. According to Henderson et al. (2007:18938), the form of this early vessel is very different from later vessels from the Middle Formative samples (i.e. Sample 8K-31). The depositional context is not quite clear, nonetheless the sample could have been recovered from either depositional fills or living surface/floors.
